1st Annual Arthur Clarke Diversity Lecture Series

The first lecture in the Arthur Clarke Diversity Lecture Series will be on October 3 at 2 p.m. featuring Lance Morgan, the President and CEO of Ho-Chunk, Inc. All are welcome to listen at this free event.

Ho-Chunk is the award-winning economic development corporation owned by the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. It has grown to over 1,000 employees. Come and learn more about this successful Nebraska business story during “The Economic and Social Emergence of the Winnebago Tribe” presentation by Lance Morgan.

Arthur M. Clarke III retired to Seward after a successful career in science and engineering. After his death, Gail Clarke met with Library Director Becky Baker to create a diversity program with annual lectures as well as adding print and electronic resources to the library’s collection, especially for our youth collections.
