Join us in preparation for the upcoming National Library Week with a performance of the commedia Pinocchio!

The production is a one-act play dramatized by the award-winning playwright Lane Riosley and based on the original Collodi tale written in 1883. It is a tale of a wooden puppet that springs to life and gets swallowed by a great fish. Commedia dell ‘arts was a popular improvisational theatre in Italy, back in the 15th century. The style still holds appeal today and is presented in this children’s play as they relate the story of this well-known childhood character.

Catch this FREE performance that is great for children (and adults)!
