    (For-profit (business) and personal use of the Lower Level Conference Center carries a flat fee of $25 including access to the adjacent kitchen. All other rooms may be used at no cost although donations are always accepted for use of library facilities.)

    If a person is making a room reservation for use by either a group or individual and that person has a Seward Library account, the account must be in good standing. If the person does not have a Seward Library account, personal information will be collected to be used in case of damage done, items left at the library, etc. This personal information will not be kept on file and will only be used by the library if needed.

    Main Level Conference Room
    There is a large wooden table on the south end of the room with 12 leather chairs. If you will need additional tables and chairs, please answer the questions below.

    Main Level Heritage Room
    If you are using the Heritage Room your ending time must be 15 minutes before the library closes.


    Main Level Technology Lab
    Reservations for the Technology Room must be received by the 20th of the month preceding the event.
    NO food or drink is allowed in the Technology Room.

    Lower Level Conference Center
    The Conference Center seats 88 with luncheon tables or 60-84 with straight tables.

    No meetings or programs may be restricted through tuition or admission fees without prior consent from the Library Director or Board President, and all such meetings or programs must offer waivers for individuals who cannot pay such cost.
