Children who have not yet attended school are invited to bring their stuffed animal friend to the library for a special Story Time at 7 p.m. Children can return to pick up their “friends” on July 16 after 10 a.m.
After the 30-minute program ends the stuffed animals will stay and spend the night in the library. What will the animals do while their childhood friends are back home in their beds? Will they sleep or play?
The staff will record the mischief that takes place in the library and capture the antics with their cameras. Children will discover the tales created by the animals when they pick up their keepsake book which will be available on July 24 or later.
