Summer Supplies Wanted!

Adventure is bubbling just below the surface at the library! As the weather warms up, our team is busy prepping for a summer season like no other. This year, we are inviting explorers of all ages to "Unearth a Story" as we dive deep into the fascinating worlds of dinosaurs, archaeology, and paleontology.

From uncovering ancient mysteries to discovering "fossilized" treasures, it is going to be a summer of hands-on discoveries. To make these prehistoric adventures a reality, we are gathering our "field gear"—and we could use your help! We will be needing:

• Vinegar (1 big bottle)

• Cornstarch (4 large containers)

• Flour (3x 5lb bags)

• Coffee (3 large containers)

• Tonic water (bigger bottles)

• Red and yellow food coloring (4 boxes)

• Empty, clean plastic bottles (Gatorade bottles preferably)

• Paper plates

• Small clear cups

• Cotton balls

• Contact solution (1 big bottle)

• Glue sticks

• Clear glue (2 big big bottles)

• Glitter glue (any color)

• Gorilla glue (clear)

• Water beads (the ones that absorb water and get larger)

• Markers

• Glass Gems

• White Perler Beads

• Black Perler Beads

• Phthalo Green Acrylic Paint

• Yellow Ochre Acrylic Paint

• Burnt Umber Acrylic Paint (2 Bottles)

• Bright Red Acrylic Paint (3 Bottles)

• Bright Yellow Acrylic Paint (3 Bottles)

• Cobalt Hue Blue Acrylic Paint (3 Bottles)

• White Acrylic Paint (3 Bottles)
