Our Mission

Seward Memorial Library enables and encourages our community to read frequently & diversely, learn continuously & objectively, and connect locally & globally.

The Seward Memorial Library is funded through city tax dollars from the citizens of Seward, Nebraska. To supplement the budget the library applies for federal and state grants & aid and receives gifts from civic groups, businesses, and individuals. Seward Memorial Library receives no county funding.
