2026 Bookmark Contest Winners

Every April, the Friends of Seward Library invites local students to unleash their creativity for our annual bookmark design contest. This past year, we challenged young artists to imagine a "reading dinosaur” and the results were truly prehistoric perfection!

With so many incredible entries, selecting winners from each grade (Kindergarten through Fourth) was no easy feat. We are thrilled to celebrate the imagination of our community and would like to congratulate the following winners:

Kindergarten – Logan P., St. John Lutheran School

First Grade – Louis S., St. John Lutheran School

Second Grade – Isla O., Seward Elementary

Third Grade – Clara A., Seward Elementary

Fourth Grade – Harper M., Seward Elementary

There was a group photo in the Seward Independent newspaper. We have made copies of these bookmarks, and they may be picked up by our patrons while supplies last.
