On July 9 at 7:30 AM, we are heading to Royal, Nebraska, to explore the incredible Ashfall Fossil Beds State Historical Park.

Known as the “Pompeii of prehistoric animals,” this active 360-acre dig site features over 200 complete fossil skeletons left exactly where they were found. See history unearthed, explore immersive exhibits, and learn how real paleontologists work.
