Just for Fun Fridays

Just For Fun Fridays are starting again as we enjoy afternoons of cards and bingo starting January 9 through March 27. If you have not stopped by yet, do not miss out. This program, designed for adults, is an excellent way to meet new people, reduce stress and keep your brain sharp! If you are interested, just stop by the library every Friday from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. It is a wonderful way to enjoy the day. Please note the new time!

First and third Fridays of the month, Ten Point Pitch or Five Crowns – ten Point Pitch is a team-based card game with quick rounds and strategic thinking. Five Crowns is a fun, addictive strategic twist on rummy. Both card games are entertaining. If you are unfamiliar with the games, do not worry. We will walk you through the rules, and you will be playing like a pro in no time!

Second, Fourth and Fifth Fridays of the month, Bingo – Bingo is a fair, luck-based game that can help you build social connections, increase hand-eye coordination, and maintain your cognitive abilities! Beyond that, it is just plain fun! Come join us and compete for various prizes as we enjoy the afternoon.
